For more than two decades, Dustin Lewis has been at the forefront of technology and business innovation. As the founder and leader of a successful IT firm, he built a reputation for delivering reliable, scalable solutions that empowered clients to thrive in an increasingly digital economy. In founding DDLIT Digital Inc., Dustin recognized an urgent need: data infrastructure that could expand rapidly without consuming unsustainable levels of energy. Under his leadership, DDLIT is pioneering a containerized, energy efficient model for data centers that supports AI, cryptocurrency, and blockchain applications while dramatically reducing environmental impact. Dustin’s vision extends far beyond technology. He is deeply committed to community reinvestment, forging partnerships with underserved regions to create pathways for economic growth, education, and opportunity. His initiatives include providing energy repayment programs, funding for schools and hospitals, and training in emerging fields like artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency, ensuring that the benefits of the digital economy reach those too often left behind. Chief Financial Officer

David W. Altman is Chief Financial Officer of DDLIT Digital. He was the founder and President of IPR Consulting, Inc. over the prior 2 decades, raising in excess of $500 million for projects primarily in medical and social services, and completing over 40 capital development projects focused on underserved, low-income communities with NMTCs, bond financing, grants, and other funding. Dr. Altman’s prior experience has been as a consultant in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and as a university faculty member. Dr. Altman has held executive positions with nonprofits, including President of the Society for In Vitro Biology, CFO of Central City Concern, and Executive Director and President of an international development nonprofit while a Professor (Cornell University, Ithaca, NY). He has also served as CEO, COO, and/or CFO for over 20 startup enterprises. Dr. Altman attained the rank of Professor at Cornell University and initially of Associate Professor at Texas A&M University, with more than 120 scientific and policy publications. Among his entrepreneurial endeavors, he founded Profigen, which brought traditional and cutting-edge science applications to grape cultivation and the wine industry, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Altman was recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Fellow of the Society for In Vitro Biology. He has been featured in Forbes, a prime-time CNN report, and in various front-page stories in U.S. newspapers for his collaborative enterprises that eliminated the need for many of the pesticides in cotton production. Some of his projects in the Pacific Northwest include cutting-edge, high-tech startups exemplified by ventures spun out of research at Oregon Health and Sciences University and other incubators such as ProteoGenix; two NMTC transactions for the Kalispel Tribe’s reservation north of Spokane; large rural, economic development entities such as the Fry Foods investment in Ontario, OR for onion processing; and 9 rural healthcare clinics in small communities including Milton-Freewater, Brookings, La Pine, and John Day which were the catalyst for Oregon to receive $1.9 billion additional federal funding for achieving Medicaid expansion goals. Early in his career, Dr. Altman was a volunteer for the US Peace Corps. Dr. Altman holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, MBA and BA degrees from Vanderbilt University, and MS and BS degrees from Oregon State University.
